1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Milwin Game — whether through the website or the mobile app — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms. This agreement takes effect the moment you complete the registration process or begin using any feature of the platform, whichever comes first.

These Terms apply alongside any specific rules that govern individual games, promotions or features on the platform. In the event of a conflict between general Terms and specific game or promotion rules, the specific rules will apply to that particular context.

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When significant changes are made, we will notify registered players through a notice on the platform or via account communication. 2 Eligibility

To register and use Milwin Game you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Be a natural person (not a company or automated entity).
• Not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by local law.
• Not have previously had an account closed or suspended by Milwin Game for a violation of these Terms.

3 Account Registration

When registering on Milwin Game, you agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. You must not use false details, another person's identity or automated tools to create an account.

• Each player is permitted exactly one account. Opening additional accounts is a violation of these Terms and will result in closure of all related accounts.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your username or password with anyone.
• Any activity that takes place through your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it, unless you have reported a security breach to us promptly.
• Milwin Game may ask you to verify your identity at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable time may result in account suspension or closure.
• You must notify us promptly if your contact details change, including your phone number or email address.

Account closure can be requested at any time. If your account holds a positive balance at the time of closure, any eligible funds will be processed according to the withdrawal procedures in place at that time.

4 Deposits & Payments

All transactions on Milwin Game are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits can be made using the following methods:

• Deposits must be made from a payment account that belongs to you. Using another person's payment method is not permitted.
• Milwin Game does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — please check with your provider.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of each transaction.
• Deposits made in error are not automatically refunded. Contact support as quickly as possible if you believe a deposit was made incorrectly.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals can be requested to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to availability. Milwin Game reserves the right to process withdrawals via an alternative method where necessary.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts or wallets verified as belonging to the registered player.
• Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal is processed, particularly for first-time withdrawals or for amounts above certain thresholds.
• Active bonus balances may restrict your ability to withdraw. Please review any applicable bonus terms before requesting a withdrawal.
• Processing times vary by method. JazzCash, Easypaisa and Raast withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• Milwin Game reserves the right to carry out additional checks before releasing withdrawal funds. This is a standard security measure and is not a reflection on any individual player.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

Milwin Game offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time. These are intended to reward genuine players and enhance the gaming experience. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed registration and, where applicable, identity verification.
• Each bonus or promotion has its own wagering requirement — the number of times you must play through the bonus amount before it becomes withdrawable. This requirement is stated clearly on the relevant promotion page.
• Bonuses are personal and non-transferable. They may not be passed to another player or account.

• Only one bonus can be active at a time unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.

7 Gameplay Rules

Milwin Game offers a range of game types including slot games, fish games, bingo and sports betting. Each game category operates under its own specific rules which are displayed within the game itself or on the relevant game page.

• Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation or, in the case of live and sports games, by the actual outcome of events. Results are final once confirmed by the system.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game round, the affected round may be voided and any stake returned. Milwin Game will not pay out winnings from a round that was materially affected by a technical error.
• Players are responsible for ensuring their internet connection is stable enough for gameplay. Connection failures during a game round are the player's responsibility and do not entitle the player to a refund of a completed stake.
• Bets placed after an event or game outcome has been determined — whether due to a delay in data feed or any other reason — will be void and the stake returned.

8 Sports Betting

The Milwin Game sports betting section covers cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, football, esports and other selected sports. The following rules apply specifically to sports betting:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed or not completed within the timeframe specified by the platform rules, bets may be voided and stakes returned. Specific rules for each sport are available on the relevant betting page.
• Maximum bet limits and maximum payout limits apply. These are displayed within the betting interface.
• Milwin Game reserves the right to void bets placed on an event where there is evidence of irregularity, corruption or any interference with the normal outcome of the event.
• Live in-play betting is subject to slightly different rules as market conditions change rapidly. Bets placed in-play are final at the moment of confirmation by the system.
• PSL matches, bilateral series involving Pakistan and ICC tournaments are given priority coverage on the platform. Availability of specific markets may vary depending on the fixture.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on Milwin Game. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other tools to play games, place bets or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through a known or suspected bug are not valid and will not be paid.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud or any other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once or circumvent account restrictions.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing platform staff or other users.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile or tamper with any part of the platform's software or infrastructure.

10 Privacy & Data
